It is that time of year again, when it seems like pumpkin is added to just about everything. While pumpkin is very healthy it is often added to sugar filled items. If you want your annual pumpkin fix without all of the added sugar give this smoothie a try.



1/2 cup unsweetened dairy-free yogurt (ex. YOSO unsweetened coconut yogurt)

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk (ex. cashew or coconut)

1 banana

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (or depending on desired sweetness)

2/3 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)

Ice (to desired thickness)




Blend all ingredients together as listed. Enjoy!


Note: If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, try adding nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and/or more cinnamon to taste.
