Looking for an amazing smoothie that tastes exactly like a sweet potato pie? Look no further you have found it, and the best part is that it is good for you.

We are always looking for ways to incorporate Sweet Potatoes into our meals. This is a great way to get a vegetable in the morning. Like carrots, sweet potato has Beta-Carotene. Your body converts beta-carotene into Vitamin A which is important for healthy skin and vision. Sweet potatoes are also great sources of B Vitamins, Vitamin C and trace minerals.

1 cooked sweet potato, peeled (if you have a high-powered blender, you can leave the skin on)
1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut or cashew milk
3 tablespoons chopped pecans
2 – 3 medjool date
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Honey (if additional sweetness is needed)
· Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend on high until smooth. If you think it is smooth, blend a little longer just to make sure.
· Add a handful of ice, and blend again. Sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon and serve!
