Looking to satisfy that sweet tooth without derailing your heathy lifestyle. Try out this mouth watering dessert.

(Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free)

1 cup raw cashews
1 cup frozen raspberries (or any frozen fruit you would prefer)
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut OR cashew milk (ideally full fat)
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
3 tbs. coconut oil
¼ – ½ cup raw honey (or other natural sweetener of choice)
1 tsp. real vanilla extract

Place cashews, dairy-free milk, raw cacao, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract in to your blender or food processor. Blend for 3 minutes or until super smooth. Add your frozen raspberries and blend again for another minute, until it turns in to this amazing chocolate-y frozen mousse! Enjoy!
