Smoothies are amazing, but sometimes it’s fun to mix it up a little! We took a spin on our weekly smoothie recipe with this delicious bowl of mint chocolate goodness (aka our Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie Bowl).



  • ½ an avocado
  • Staterra’s Organic Brown Rice protein OR New Zealand Whey protein isolate (vanilla)
  • ½ a frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Peppermint extract
  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ of a cucumber
  • 1 cup of kale or spinach
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • Other toppings as desired! We used toasted coconut flakes, chia seeds, banana and sunflower seeds.



  • Blend all of the ingredients with water and ice
  • Pour into a bowl and add toppings
  • Enjoy!
