The Ingredients:

  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 cup strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 medium orange
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • ½ an apple (chopped)
  • Shredded beets (handful)
  • Bok choy (handful)
  • Kale (handful)
  • Cucumber (handful)
  • 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon unpasteurized honey or real maple syrup (optional)
  • Staterra New Zealand whey protein isolate (Chocolate or Vanilla)

NOTE: Add some water for your desired consistency.

The Steps:

  • Blend all the ingredients with ice
  • Sprinkle with additional hemp hearts or flax seeds (optional)
