Who doesn’t love chocolate?
It’s just bad for you though, right?
Wrong! You can have your chocolate and keep your existing pant size. If anything, this recipe will have you feeling even better than usual. With the magnesium from the chocolate, the healthy fats from the avocado, and a little sweetness from the honey, you’ll be wondering why you and chocolate were on such bad terms for so long.
Decadent Dairy-Free Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

1 cup chopped avocado
4 tbsp chia seeds
1.5 cup unsweetened coconut milk or water
2 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp cacao powder

Instructions

Soak the chia seeds in either coconut milk or water until they gel. Either is fine, coconut milk will be creamier.
Once the chia seeds absorb the liquid, add everything to a high powered blender. Blend everything until completely smooth. Enjoy!
