Wishing you could have one without giving up on the other? Look no further! This fantastic Cinnamon Bun Smoothie recipe keeps your cravings in check, so you can hit the gym harder than ever.

The Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut or cashew milk (or to desired thickness)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup YOSO dairy-free yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 scoop Staterra Organic Brown Rice Protein (Vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup organic, gluten-free oats
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (or to desired sweetness)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (+ additional for topping)
  • Ice (to desired thickness)

Optional Toppings: Unsweetened shaved coconut

 

The Steps:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately, add additional cinnamon on top (along with some unsweetened shaved coconut if desired), & enjoy!
