Note: Try and stay away from canned coconut milk! Canned coconut milk tests in the highest of all canned foods on BPA levels. BPA acts like estrogen in our bodies and disturbs the delicate system of hormone checks and balances – which no one wants!
Awesome Homemade Fudgesicles
Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegetarian, Vegan
Makes 4-6

1 3/4 cups unsweetened, full-fat coconut milk
3 tbsp. raw cocoa powder
2 tbsp. real maple syrup (feel free to add a little more if you like it a little sweeter!)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. sea salt

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor until well mixed.
  • Add the mixture to popsicle moulds and freeze until solid.
  • Serve and enjoy!
