That’s a great question. The reason the bar is sour is because the ingredients in Mission Focus, the amino acids, are extremely bitter, and masking the bitterness, sourness, and sweetness appears to be the only way we can mask that bitterness. With that being said, we are aware that this bar is not to everyone’s liking and we hope to develop something in the future that is much more palatable.
