Healthy and 21–70 years old
Retired or still serving as a Canadian Veteran
Free of current metabolic diseases, and not at risk of liver disease, kidney diseases or a seizure disorder
Have access to the internet and computer (desktop, laptop, or tablet)
This will be a 6 week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover research study
✔ We will be investigating the impact of a Health Canada approved nutritional supplement, MindGain, on cognitive performance.
✔ Total length of participation is approximately 6 weeks. Participants will be asked to ingest MindGain or placebo for 14 days followed by a 2-week break. After the break, the counterpart (MindGain or placebo) will be ingested for 14 days.
✔ The study includes 4 testing sessions, completed before and after each ingestion period. For the testing sessions, participants will complete online questionnaires (~15 min) and in-person cognitive testing (~1-1.5 hours).
✔ Participants will receive their own computerized cognitive testing report and NeuroCatch EEG brain scan report.
