- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 cup coconut water (+ more if necessary)
- 1 scoop Staterra New Zealand whey protein isolate (Vanilla) or Organic brown rice protein (Vanilla)
- 1/2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger or 1/4 tsp ground ginger (+ additional for topping)
- 1/2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 2 teaspoons of chia seeds (+ additional for topping)
Optional Toppings: Fresh grated ginger, fresh mint leaves, goji berries, chia seeds.
- Combine all ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth.
- If too thick, thin with coconut water. If too thin, thicken with ice.
- Serve immediately & top with fresh grated ginger, fresh mint leaves, goji berries, or chia seeds if desired!
