The Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut water (+┬ámore if necessary)
  • 1 scoop Staterra New Zealand whey protein isolate (Vanilla) or Organic brown rice protein (Vanilla)
  • 1/2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger or 1/4 tsp ground ginger (+ additional for topping)
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons of chia seeds (+ additional for topping)

Optional Toppings: Fresh grated ginger, fresh mint leaves, goji berries, chia seeds.

 

The Steps:

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. If too thick, thin with coconut water. If too thin, thicken with ice.
  3. Serve immediately & top with fresh grated ginger, fresh mint leaves, goji berries, or chia seeds if desired!
