It’s that time of year again! Pumpkin-spiced everything.

Because of this, we thought it only fitting to put together this Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl. Not only is it incredibly satisfying for all of you pumpkin-spice lovers out there, but it’s also extremely thick and filling.

The Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (ideally BPA-free if canned) 
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 scoop Staterra Organic Brown Rice Protein (Vanilla)
  • ½ – 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk (depending on desired consistency)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ⅛ tsp all spice

For topping: Pumpkin seeds, walnuts, unsweetened coconut, additional sliced bananas, raw cacao nibs

 

The Steps:

  1. Combine smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
