- ½ an avocado
- 1 cup strawberries (chopped)
- 1 medium orange
- 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- ½ an apple (chopped)
- Shredded beets (handful)
- Bok choy (handful)
- Kale (handful)
- Cucumber (handful)
- 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon unpasteurized honey or real maple syrup (optional)
- Staterra New Zealand whey protein isolate (Chocolate or Vanilla)
NOTE: Add some water for your desired consistency.
- Blend all the ingredients with ice
- Sprinkle with additional hemp hearts or flax seeds (optional)
